We're delighted to have helped with the oversubscribed £2m fundraising and Admission to the Official List of Altona Rare Earths Plc, a mining exploration company focused on the development of Rare Earth Element mining projects in East and Central Africa.
Rare Earth Elements (REEs) form a fast growing commodity market used in a wide array of high-tech and disparate products, such as wind turbines, mobile phones, alloys, ceramics, electric vehicles and missile guidance systems. Altona's strategy is to acquire majority interests in multiple rare earths projects to lower shareholder risk by removing the reliance from a single mining asset.
