2023 YTD IPOs
We couldn't be more thrilled than to have topped the IPO league tables again this year!
Despite the ongoing IPO market woes, ranked across all Main Market IPOs so far this year we've once again been the #1 ranked financial printer ranked by number of IPOs and New Funds Raised, as well as pagination (cumulative number of pages typeset across MM IPO Prospectuses).
On the international market, we've also produced the largest European IPO this year (and the largest ever IPO on the Bucharest Stock Exchange) for Romanian energy producer Hidroelectrica, assisting with both the Romanian and English language versions of the 418-page Prospectus.
To what do we owe our success?
- Providing the broadest range of investor-focused IPO communications services, from 'Early Look' & PDIE iRoadshow and investor slide deck design, through IPO Research Online and Prospectus production and distribution, not to mention our partnerships with the leading global VDR provider Intralinks and our US partners Edgar Agents.
- Minimising deal disruption and costs, while maximising efficiency and confidentiality across the IPO process and beyond, certainly plays a role too, as does our commitment to London as a market, while many of our peers are withdrawing, outsourcing key services, or simply disappearing.
2018-2023
The current year's tally of IPOs assisted by B&C isn't something new, though.
Since 2018, we've consistently been #1, particularly for Main Market IPos but also cumulatively by size of fundraising, helping clients raise more new funds across Main & AIM markets than any other financial printer: some £50 billion since 2018, significantly greater than any other FP.
