Black&Callow helps with largest IPO this year: luxury brand DarGlobal

With an expected valuation of US$600m, it’s a privilege to have helped with the largest IPO of the year to date, the listing on the Main Market of the LSE of DarGlobal Real Estate, the luxury development arm of Dar Al Arkan Properties, and one of the first Saudi homegrown brands to list in London.
