We’re delighted to have helped the Board of Momentum Multi-Asset Value Trust plc with shareholder documentation for its proposed Scheme of Reconstruction and roll over into the VT Momentum Diversified Income Fund.
With recent market challenges and share buy backs affecting the size of the Fund’s net assets to around £43 million, the Board has decided it is in the best interests of shareholders to liquidate the Company and give shareholders the option to roll their investment into another vehicle. Under the proposed terms of the Scheme, shareholders are being offered the opportunity to roll over their investment into the VT Momentum Diversified Income Fund, providing them with the ability to maintain a consistent investment approach within a larger Fund.
