We’re delighted to have helped Semper Fortis Esports Plc with a transformational deal: its proposed acquisition of GL Membership Ltd (trading as Good Life +), £1.4m fundraising and proposed admission of the enlarged share capital to trading on the AQSE Growth Market.
Semper Fortis Esports is a multi-operational Esports organisation converging high growth team infrastructures, gaming technology solutions and corporate business advisory services, while GL+ offers a monthly membership that gives members access to daily prize draws with potentially life changing prizes.
On completion of the SPA and readmission the company will also change its name to Good Life Plus Plc.
