We're delighted to have helped Metro Bank Holdings PLC with its admission to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, as the new holding company of the Metro Bank Group - effected by means of a Scheme of Arrangement.

At its launch, Metro Bank was the first new high street bank to launch in the UK in over 150 years, and the admission of the Metro Bank Holdings PLC is another milestone in the company's history.
