We're delighted to have helped with the £2.2m IPO of Metals One, which is advancing battery metal projects at brownfield sites in Finland and Norway, and its admission to trading on AIM this morning. The company's aim is to identify and define battery metal resources to supply an expanding European market, assisting with the decarbonisation of the global economy.
Admission follows a placing by Shard Capital Partners LLP and SI Capital Limited raising gross proceeds of £2.2 million. Shard and SI acted as Joint Brokers and Beaumont Cornish acted as the Nominated Adviser in relation to the Admission.
We'd like to wish the company every success for the future.
