Transaction of the year - won by Greatland Resources plc for its acqusition of Haverion and subsequent ASX listing alongside its corporate reorganisation
Newcomer of the year - won by MHA plc for its IPO, the largest listing on AIM this year; the largest business support services sector IPO for five years; and raising £98m with a market cap at listing of £271m.
