Through its Global Risk Platform, KRM22 helps capital markets companies reduce the cost and complexity of risk management by delivering applications to help address firms’ trading and corporate risk challenges.
Founded in 2017, KRM22 set out on a journey to change the way risk is managed in capital markets. The company made the decision to list early on the AIM, providing a level of public oversight not seen in early-stage start-ups, and has grown through a combination of acquisition and organic growth with teams in London, Chicago, Prague and Amsterdam.
The company intends to use the net proceeds to expand its applications into Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Crypto verticals, provide sales and marketing resources, repay its debt facility with Trading Technologies, and cover general working capital needs.
