We're delighted to have helped our wonderful client Abingdon Health PLC with its £3.34m fundraising by way of a placing.
Abingdon Health PLC is a leading med-tech contract service provider, specializing in the development, regulatory support, and manufacturing of rapid diagnostic tests. The company offers comprehensive services including lateral flow product development and technology transfer, catering to a diverse range of sectors such as infectious disease, clinical testing, animal health, and environmental testing.
The funds will support the company’s operations and strategic initiatives, with the new shares expected to commence trading on AIM on 31 October 2025, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting.
