We're delighted to have helped our wonderful client Ultimate Products PLC with its Admission to AIM from the Main Market, as well as production of its latest Annual Report.
Ultimate Products has been bringing branded kitchen and laundry products to the market since 1997. The company designs, develops and distributes innovative products across key brands, including household names Salter and Beldray. As an international brand house, each of its brands is nurtured and brought to life by its talented designers, supporting some of the leading retailers in the world. From hand-painting bespoke patterns to creating eye-catching packaging, its passion for products is reflected in its studios and on the shelves.
It's therefore no surprise that for a company for whom design is a crucial cog in its machinery, its talented in-house team came up with a dynamic design for the Annual Report, which works in both printed and online formats.
Regarding its Admission to AIM, the company announced in its FY25 results that the Board had concluded that a move of its listing venue to AIM was in the best interests of the company and its shareholders as a whole. Following passing of the Delisting Resolution at the AGM, the company anticipates that admission, and dealings in its ordinary shares on AIM, will commence on 15th January 2026.
