We’re delighted to have helped our wonderful clients at TwentyFour Income Fund Limited with their 2025 Realisation Opportunity, Placing, Offer for Subscription and Open Offer, raising £27.6m in addition to £14.4m raised to place out shareholders seeking realisation.
TwentyFour Income Fund is a London listed closed-ended investment company which targets less liquid, higher yielding UK and European asset-backed securities (ABS), which typically do not offer enough liquidity for a daily-dealt open-ended fund, but are better suited to an exchange-traded structure where investors can obtain liquidity either via the exchange or via the three-yearly realisation opportunity.
The Company has also raised £35.3m in tap issues since 16 May 2025 taking total new funds raised to £62.9m in the last 8 months, making it one of the most prolific equity issuers in the Investment Companies sector in 2025.
