We’re delighted to have helped Amaroq Ltd with its move from AIM to Main, involving a 563-page ‘move up’ Prospectus – marking our second engagement with the company, following our assistance with its IPO in 2020.
Originally named AEX Gold, shares in Amaroq - an independent mine development company focused on unlocking Greenland's mineral potential - have been admitted to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The admission marks a significant milestone for Amaroq, which said the move should increase its visibility among international investors, broaden access to long-term institutional capital and provide a stronger platform for the next phase of its growth in Greenland.
Chief executive Eldur Olafsson said the Main Market admission reflected the progress made across Amaroq’s mining, exploration and infrastructure activities in recent years.
Our thanks to our wonderful clients at the company, global law firm K&L Gates and sponsor Citigroup.
